Nutrition and Fitness Essay

Healthy preyable and fitness are critical to superior wellbeing and are vital for the strong growth of children and adults alike. A large number of deaths in the United States each year are related to unhealthy nutrition and an inactive standard of living. My breakfast typically consists of two Kellogs Nutrigrain Bars with a glass of 2% milk. I am not a big breakfast person and my appetite is always minimal when I wake up. If I do not have a Nutrigrain bars for breakfast I lead have either a protein shake or a bowl of Raisin Bran. For lunch I either have some typeface of carbohydrate (spaghetti/pasta) or a cold sandwich, such as tunaor turkey accompanied with a small side of potato chips. For dinner I eat whatever my wife or I cook (all nutritional rules are out the window for dinner). On top of all the previous mentioned, I consume most one gallon (128 fl. Oz.) of water a day beginning in the morning up until the time I go to bed.Some of the health risks associated with obesity are cholesterol and triglyceride levels, impaired heart function, cardiovascular disease, hypertension, cancer, impaired immune function, gallbladder and kidney diseases, skin problems, impotence, sleep and breathing disorders, back pain, arthritis, other bone and joi nt disorders, complications of pregnancy, menstrual irregularities, urine leakage, increased surgical risk, and psychological disorders and problems such as depression, low self-esteem, and body dissatisfaction (Insel & Roth, 2008).b.Identify and describe three bleak fitness habits that you could reasonably incorporate into your lifestyle. How could these new habits improve your health?Three new fitness habits that I could incorporate into my lifestyle are getting more sleep at night, attempting to run in the morning for 20-30 minutes prior to going to work, and on my rest day (Sunday) doing a stretching routine for approximately 30 minutes. Stretching on what would typically be my rest day would allow my body to be better at physical fitness activities such as weight training and cardiovascular fitness. When I Was a Lad

Throughout my life, a number of events arrest happened that I gift never forgotten. I pleaded with my parents to buy me it but th ey told me that I would have to save up my change from my ice cream every week until I had enough money to buy it myself. My elder sister had also seen a book she liked and so decided to save up her money as well.So every weekend I would purchase a small ice cream sort of of a large one so as to receive more change. However, my sister still purchased a large ice cream so she received less change than me. After a calendar month or two of saving, my father took my sister and I back to the bookshop. I was quite confident that I would have a bit of money left over and I was correct, after I had purchased the Beano Annual I had a pound to spare. However, when it came to buying my sisters book she was just under a pound short of buy it.I thought that it served her right for being so greedy by purchasing a large ice cream every week. However, she started to cry, right in the middle of the shop. People were twist somewhat and staring at us, so my dad took my pound off me and gave it to my sister I was shadowy I hadnt had small ice creams all those weeks while she had large ones just so I could give my money to her I stormed out of the shop and ran away as fast as I could, but my father soon caught up with me and gave me a good telling off before dragging me home. directly that I look back, I dont see why I made such a queen-size deal about it.The next thing that stands out in my mind, happened two or triad years later when my family and I went on holiday to Majorca. We stayed in an apartment on the top floor of the make that was directly next to the beach. The sun beamed down on us every day that we were there so we were on the beach most years. Everybody on shore started to point and stare at us. In the end, somebody phoned the lifeguard and they came out and took us back to shore, it was so humiliatingIt is memories like these that have shaped me into who I am today. I still have the 1992 Beano Annual up in the attic along with photographs of my holiday to Majorca. But in several years time, when these things are covered in layers of dust and are just about ready to fall apart, the memories that they have given me will live on for eternity in my mind, and when Im old and senile, I can torture any grandchildren I may have by regailing them with tales of when I was a lad.

God created day and night, he is responsible for the sun that shines in the day and the slug that is bight at night. He created men and women in the image of his likeness and with a purpose and plan. He created us so that we can form an intimate relationship with him. I also, believe that God created us in the natural world as sinners, and his son Jesus Christ was sent here to ransom us from our sins. Human Identity is based on our relationship that we form with God. Jeremiah 15 in advance I formed thee in the belly I knew thee and ahead thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.From the day that we were created it was for Gods purpose and plan for our lives. once you accept Christ into your life you can then began to see your identity, it is based on our calling from the Lord. With Christ in your life you give see life in a whole different perspective. In Romans it talks about how our identity is rooted deeply in our commitment to God. For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God (Romans 814, KJV). So with that being utter our identity is based on our relationship we defecate with God, not by our environment or surroundings. Romans teaches usabout how we should treat our human relationships. Sometimes human relationships are the most difficult and hardest to keep in order. In Romans the first chapter 29th verse. It explains how we are filled with unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness full of envy, murder, deceit, malignity whispers. Romans shows us that we are all full of sin and we must turn to God and have a relationship with him, before we can have form human relationships.When you have a relationship with God you can mark how to treat others and complaisance others. Romans 1210 Be kindly affectionate one to another with affectionate love in honour preferring one another. When you help and be a blessing to others, God will bless you abundantly. When we are unfaithful to God we run the risk of affecting our human relationships. Being that we were created in Gods image it is whole right that we love each other as God loves us. According to John Valk article all humans are to be treated with dignity and respect regardless of their situation or station in life. Romans also had messages containing culture in its scriptures. Romans 116 For I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes, to the Jew first and also to the Greek. God is not a God of color, or culture it is for an yone who believes in God and follow his commandments.D. Kim article states that we endure that morality is culturally relative, that ideas and beliefs emerge historically by cultural forces, and are not right or wrong in any final sense. Different cultures have different beliefs, but in Romans it speaks of only believing in the word of God. Romans tells us the God does not save according to cultures, he saves by people believing and having faith. So, now after the knowledge I received from reading Romans is that I have to trust and believe in God, no matter what culture Im from. In certainty after we have learned that Romans Is immense and detailed. It gives us information for our salvation. That nothing in our lives or without God or by accident. It teaches us that we must believe in God to know and understand or identity, to form our human relationships, and understand that culture does not exist when you believe in God.
